1) Booking Funnel: See Exactly Where Guests Drop Off
You already know your key visibility metrics — impressions, clicks, wishlists — but understanding how they connect in the full guest journey isn’t always clear.
The new Booking Funnel in Rankbreeze changes that. It brings all your visibility data into a single visual flow from discovery to booking:
Impressions → Clicks → Wishlists → Bookings
Even better, it shows how you compare to similar listings at every step.
This helps you:
- Catch issues before they impact bookings
- Identify areas where you outperform or fall behind
- Find real bottlenecks (instead of guessing)
- Turn insights into revenue-driving action
Where to find it:
- Go to My Properties
- Click the Visibility button on any listing
- Open the Booking Funnel tab under Property Search Metrics
2) Quick Views: Your Listings’ Performance at a Glance
To save you time, your My Properties page now includes simple color-coded indicators for fast performance checks:
🟢 Green — Winning
🟡 Yellow — About the same
🔴 Red — Needs attention
Hover over any indicator for a quick view of rankings, impressions, CTR, booking rates, and how the listing compares to similar listings.
How to use it:
- Go to My Properties
- Hover over any color badge
- Get instant performance insights
3) Shareable Reports: Share Success With Confidence
Want to share your hosting results in a clean, professional way?
You can now create branded performance reports directly in your dashboard and share them with a simple link. Viewers don’t need a Rankbreeze account.
How to create a report:
- Open a listing
- Click the Shareable Reports icon at the top
- Customize your report
- Share the link
4) Important A/B Test Results: Your Tests Report Back
Testing is smart. Remembering to check the results? Not always easy.
Now, whenever you make a change — whether auto-tracked or manual — we’ll monitor the listing behind the scenes. If the results show a clear positive or negative trend, we’ll send you an email alert.
How it works:
- You make a change
- We track associated performance metrics
- When 4+ metrics trend strongly up or down, we email you the verdict 🍿
- Keep the winners. Ditch the duds.
This feature is on by default, and you can turn it off in settings anytime.
5) Star Rating Drop Alerts: Your Visibility Shield 🚨
It only takes one non-5-star review to drop your overall rating below the global average. Airbnb won’t warn you — but the algorithm will notice.
So, we’ll automatically send you an email alert when your overall rating falls below 4.85, giving you time to act before it impacts visibility.
Why this matters:
- Falling below 4.85 puts you below the global average
- The search algorithm pays attention — and so should you
Use these alerts to:
- Catch rating dips immediately
- Jump into Review Analyzer to find patterns
- Address issues before they snowball into lost bookings
